Request a Quote for your Xero Online Support session. We will call you to discuss the complexity of your issue.

Book an appointment time that best suits you.

Once your appointment has been booked, and paid in full, your  Xero Certified Advisorwill email you details of the online screen share process.

We provide you with a visual demonstration online using the Demo company.

We will then work with you to resolve your issue to your satisfaction.

Using your Xero Business Account

Request a Quote for your Xero Online Support session. We will call you to discuss the complexity of your issue.

Book an appointment time that best suits you.

Once your appointment has been booked, and paid in full, your  Xero Certified Advisorwill email you details of the online screen share process.

You will be asked to invite your Xero Certified Advisor into your Xero Business Account as a User with Advisor Access prior to your Xero Live Support session.

We provide you with a visual demonstration online using your Xero Business Account.

We will then work with you to resolve your issue to your satisfaction.

Low Fixed Monthly Xero Support Plans
